Who we are

Meloria is a project of Nyx & Erebe, a Belgian company based in Sint-Niklaas, registered with BCE number 1023.510.643. Meloria is built by Alison De Meirsman and Adam Ounis, both directors of Nyx & Erebe. The Meloria app launches in Q3 2026.

What we collect

When you join the Meloria 100 waitlist on this landing page, we collect:

  • Your email address

That is all. We do not collect your name, IP address, or any browsing behaviour through profiling tools. The only exception is anonymous aggregate page analytics (see Cookies section below).

Why we collect it

Your email is stored so we can write to you once, at launch in Q3 2026, to invite you to verify your identity and claim your Meloria 100 member number if a spot is still available.

After that single email, we will only contact you again if you become an active Meloria user, under separate Terms of Service that will be published at launch.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until the earliest of:

  • You ask us to delete it.
  • Six months after launch, if you did not activate your account.
  • Two years from sign-up, whichever comes first.

Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it (right to be forgotten).
  • Export it in a portable format.
  • Object to its processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

To exercise any of these rights, email support@meloriatheapp.com. We respond within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your email. We do not share it with any third party for marketing. The only processor that holds your email is our email infrastructure provider (Resend or equivalent), under a Data Processing Agreement, hosted within the EU.

Terms of Use.

This is a pre-launch landing page

meloriatheapp.com is a pre-launch landing page presenting Meloria, an app launching in Q3 2026. Joining the waitlist does not grant access to any product or service yet.

Age requirement

By submitting your email to the Meloria 100 waitlist, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Meloria is a professional networking platform for adults only.

Meloria 100 cohort

The Meloria 100 is limited to the first 100 verified humans. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Member numbers (001 to 100) are attributed in the order in which users complete identity verification at launch, not in the order in which emails are submitted on this landing page.

Once 100 members are verified, the cohort closes permanently. Future cohorts (“Meloria 500”, “Meloria 1000”) may be announced later, on different terms.

Limitation of liability

This landing page is provided “as is”. Meloria’s founders make no warranties about the launch date, the final feature set, or the availability of the Meloria 100 spot for any individual user. We do our best, but we are a small team building something new.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

Cookies.

What we use

This landing page uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that measures aggregate page visits without identifying individual users. Vercel Analytics does not use third-party cookies, does not track users across sites, and is GDPR-compliant by design.

We may also use a single anonymous session cookie for basic site functionality (such as remembering your language preference on this very page).

What we do not use

  • No Google Analytics.
  • No Facebook Pixel.
  • No advertising cookies.
  • No third-party tracking.

Your choices

Because we do not use tracking cookies, there is no consent banner. If you wish to disable the single session cookie used for language preference, you can do so through your browser settings. The site will continue to work, defaulting to English.
